What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach guides clients to unearth their own potential, analyze self-imposed obstacles, build life game-plans, gain clarity and find peace.
You may ask yourself, what insight can I offer you? How can I help you change your life?
Listen, I fought and survived all of my life, but I never thrived. I didn’t understand what it meant to thrive because society doesn’t really address it. After I “made it” - I had financial stability, safety at home and security in my relationships - I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t fulfilled because I never stopped to ask myself the right questions.
So I embarked on a long journey of critical self-awareness, trauma therapy, and conducted an overall life-audit. I discovered that I love providing safe spaces to help others heal from their past, show themselves compassion, prioritize their own happiness, and achieve their own success. Now, I offer this training and experience to you!

How does Life Coaching differ from Therapy?
A Life Coach partners with you to identify problem areas in your life, discover solutions, and explore possibilities.
I have 15+ years of experience in the workforce, 5+ of experience in the corporate landscape, and over 28+ years of experience as a minority female. I have had a front-row seat to the intersectionality of race, class, gender, and education. Therefore, I use my experience to tackle the hard conversations and identify realistic solutions.
Therapists are licensed individuals that diagnose and address underlying mental and behavioral disorders. Life Coaches help every day people identify and understand self-limiting beliefs in order to improve their outlook on life, enrich personal and social relationships, and achieve desired goals.
I am not a licensed therapist, therefore I do not diagnose nor treat mental or behavioral disorders.
