My name is Jessica and I am a mindfulness-based life coach that partners with you to understand self-limiting patterns of behavior, tackle trauma, manage stress, and overcome communication barriers so that you can live a life that works for you.
I specialize in tackling hard conversations to identify realistic expectations and coping mechanisms to elevate your lifestyle.
I am also no stranger to adversity: I have suffered child loss, gun violence, domestic abuse, and severe anxiety. As a result, I have Complex-PTSD so I’ve utilized a blend of therapy, yoga, physical therapy, mindfulness practices, and outdoor activities to rebuild a sustainable life that works for me.
My trauma will always be a part of me, but I am not my trauma. I didn’t let my past define and cripple me. Instead, I transformed them into a source of inspiration, ambition, and drive.
